Blast Injury Models

Personal protective equipment (PPE) and vehicle information related to nonpenetrating blast injuries from current conflicts are entered into SimQuest's Surface Wound Mapping™ software tool, permitting comparative analysis of injuries and threat scenarios, and identifying threats that may be mitigated by enhanced PPE design.

This tool will be used to enhance PPE protection and thus reduce combat injuries and deaths.
